PLA has invested heavily in software tools which allow us to manage servers and desktops more effectively.  The core of our toolset is a lightweight agent that we deploy on every server and desktop/laptop (PC and Mac) which allows to do automate many of the day-to-day system management functions.  The agent has the following features:

• Management Reports - Receive monthly reports that show the overall health of the network.
• Desktop Policy Management - We can control user interface options for the end user to provide a consistent experience for your users.
• Remote Control - We can take control of your computer no matter where you are, as long as you have an internet connection.
• Audit and Inventory - We can collect information about your desktops, installed software, and system specifications on-demand.
• Patching - Our agent manages the patching process for all computers and keeps them up-to-date. We can run reports to see which machines are missing patches.
