The PLA Exchange Migration Team can help you migrate from your on-premise Exchange server to the latest version of Microsoft Exchange, Hosted Exchange, or Office 365. How it works

• You tell us about your infrastructure (# of servers, versions/roles, # of mailboxes, # of mobile phones, etc.) and what you want to migrate to (Exchange 2010 on-premise, Hosted Exchange, or Office 365)
• We email you a quote with a basic project plan
• If you think it's reasonable plan and price, we schedule a conference call to nail down the details and schedule the project
• We create a detailed project plan in our web-based project planning software and invite you to the project
• Together we carefully plan the migration to make sure there is no disruption to end-users
• We do the migration. Depending on the type of migration this could happen over the course of a couple days, or a few weeks
• We assist end-users with post migration connectivity issues
• We check with you to make sure everything is working to your satisfaction and, if so, we call the project done
• We can optionally be available for on-going support (both for IT Staff and end-users)

Your 3 Options

Migrations generally fall into 3 categories:

1. Exchange 2010 Upgrade - We migrate clients from an on-premise Exchange Server to a new Exchange 2010 server located in your office, in your data center, or our data center. Clients choose this route if they can't trust their data to the "cloud" or if per-user monthly fees make hosted option infeasible.
2. Hosted Exchange - We migrate clients from an on-premise or hosted Exchange Server to one of the many hosted Exchange providers out there.
3. Office 365 - We migrate clients from an on-premise or hosted Exchange Server to Office 365. Office 365 offers a unique "Hybrid Deployment" option which allows you to slowly migrate mailboxes over the course of several weeks -- perfect for large organizations.
